How Pricing Works for Hoarding Cleanup
For extensive projects like hoarding cleanouts, our pricing is determined by several factors that can vary with each job:
• Volume: This refers to how much space your items occupy in our trucks.
• Time: We typically allocate up to two hours per truckload. If the job exceeds this time frame, additional labor rates will apply.
• Materials: If trash bags are required, there will be an allowance for that. We aim to minimize the use of bags by loading items into totes and then transferring them to the truck. For donatable items like clothing, we will bag them for you.
Before starting the work, we provide a price estimate, usually given as a range with a time allowance. If we work at a regular pace, we should be able to meet this time allowance. Should you need us to work more slowly to allow time for you to review items, we are happy to accommodate, though this may increase the price. We will keep you informed if additional charges become necessary.
